How you will contribute

• Provide support in the development and implementation of projects which aim to educate and upscale non-profits, non-governmental organizations, social enterprises and businesses with impact, ensuring alignment with set objectives and values;
• Monitor project progress, ensure transparent communication with stakeholders and address and resolve issues that may arise during project implementation;
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of projects by drafting presentations, reports, recommendations and analyzing potential avenues for improvement and development;
• Conduct internal and external research related to Social Banking initiatives in order to identify the specific needs of clients who strive to provide social impact in society;
• Assist in the development of banking products and tailor-made financing solutions for NGOs and impact-driven businesses and report on the Social Banking portfolio of clients to ensure alignment with impact goals.

What will help you be successful

• University degree, preferably in economic field;
• Recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about making a positive impact on the world
• Proficiency in managing project
• Good understanding of business and economics
• Interest and passion for entrepreneurship, non-profit organizations, and social impact initiatives.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking,
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and manage diverse activities;
• Flexibility, adaptability and a proactive attitude towards challenges;
• Great team-player with a positive attitude and mindful initiative-taking, in line with the core values that drive the Social Banking team;
• Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
