How you will contribute

• Assist the Client Relationship Manager in managing and developing an assigned client portfolio, contributing to the proposal of tailored strategies;
• Identify potential business opportunities and present them to the Client Relationship Manager;
• Assist in preparing offers for new and existing products, collaborating with specialized teams under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager;
• Participate in structuring financing and non-financing transactions, providing support to the teams involved;
• Assist in monitoring loan quality, identifying risks, and proposing remedial actions under the guidance of the Client Relationship Manager;
• Monitor outstanding amounts under the supervision of the Client Relationship Manager and report any identified issues.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field";
• Strong written and spoken English language proficiency;
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis;
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude;
• Strong interest in developing client relationships;
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
