How you will contribute

• Evaluate the potential for developing new business opportunities for trade finance products and services and contribute to setting sales targets and performance indicators;
• Monitor sales and revenue performance, proposing improvements.
• Assist with defining and implementing training strategies for sales personnel, contribute to develop training materials and deliver training sessions;
• Provide expert advice and support on SCF products and services to sales personnel, serving as a central point of contact;
• Participate in client meetings for complex transactions to identify needs and formalize sales opportunities;
• Support the creation and maintenance of marketing materials for SCF products and services;
• Serve as a center of expertise and excellence for SCF products, representing the bank in cross-border teams;
• Responsible for achieving specific product revenue targets and identifying product opportunities within the client segment.

What will help you be successful

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field;
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial industry, including at least 2 years in banking;
• In-depth knowledge of the market and specific SCF products;
• Strong understanding of the bank's strategic objectives;
• General knowledge of all bank products and services;
• Excellent sales and management skills;
• Strong economic and financial knowledge;
• Ability to analyze client requirements;
• Fluent in English (written and spoken);
• Proficient in IT tools and applications.
