How you will contribute

• Manage recruitment projects from the first conversation with the hiring manager to welcoming the right person into the team;
• Understand the business needs of the teams you support and turn them into clear, attractive candidate profiles and job ads;
• Find and engage best candidates through job platforms, social media, networking and creative sourcing approaches;
• Build genuine relationships with candidates and create a positive, transparent experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Develop talent communities that can support both current and future hiring needs;
• Partner closely with hiring managers, colleagues and external providers, sharing updates and relevant market insights;
• Keep recruitment information accurate and manage several priorities with care and good organization;
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and bring ideas that can make recruitment simpler, smarter and more engaging.

What will help you be successful

• You have some hands-on experience in recruitment or talent sourcing and are ready to take the next step;
• You are curious about people, roles and the business, and you enjoy asking the right questions;
• You communicate naturally and confidently in both Romanian and English;
• You take initiative, look for solutions and do not need every next step to be defined for you;
• You are open-minded, adaptable and motivated to learn from both feedback and experience;
• You are a team player who enjoys sharing ideas, offering support and working towards common goals;
• You are organized and comfortable using recruitment platforms, social media and digital tools, while never losing sight of the people behind each application.
