How you will contribute

  • Develop and deliver classroom based and virtual training sessions;
  • Plan, organize and focus on the key priorities for learning area, making sure the training offer meets the needs of internal clients;
  • Partner with managers and guide them in developing skills and competences they need to improve themselves as leaders;
  • Identify individual development needs and offer support to our colleagues in implementing own development plans;
  • Organize, lead, and support the initiatives meant to grow and develop our colleagues, e.g., customized development programs (both at bank level and on an individual basis), coaching programs, learning newsletter etc.

What will help you be successful

  • Have at least 3 years in delivering trainings;
  • Be able to design learning & development programs on different topics, according to specific needs;
  • Be able to see the big picture and how each of our learning initiatives relate to our learning strategy;
  • Have good knowledge of learning theories for adults and acknowledge the fast change of learning needs (the need to upskill and multi-skill our people).
  • Have good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Office 365, working with virtual communication platforms with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies;
  • Have good command of English.
