About us

Join our innovative journey at Česká spořitelna as part of our new domain, Customer Facing AI. We're proud to be setting the pace in banking innovations and we're looking for new members to join our AI Expertise team. You'll collaborate with the AI Working Group on exciting projects like developing AI solutions for document processing and creating new Proof of Concepts (POCs). Help us build a library of patterns and prompts and assist with AI training for our colleagues. 

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Understanding of the current AI landscape and available tools 
• Analysis of current architecture and design of the integration of our solutions into our existing platforms 
• Designing and managing AI Architecture in large-scale projects 
• Close collaboration with our R&D department to support them in the transformation of their proofs of concepts into production 
• Designing and presenting AI workflows that align with the product proposition and fulfil requirements based on a deep understanding of the product offering 
• Coordinating and participating in testing AI workflows (with AI engineers, quality assurance teams, and third-party partners) to prepare them for release in production 
• Driving the integration of our AI solutions into existing infrastructure where needed 
• Coordinating with third-party partners for implementing AI workflows  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Demonstrable knowledge in AI and related technologies 
• Familiarity with Agile framework and an understanding of project management principles 
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job 
• Have a team-player mindset with a hands-on approach and communication skills 
• Be fluent in Czech and at least Intermediate in English
