Product Manager for new AI team

About us

We are looking for a Product Designer to join our new AI team at Ceska Sporitelna, who will define, create and manage our AI platforms and solutions portfolio. 
You will have the opportunity to influence strategic decisions and directly affect our direction.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• Boundaries Definition and Establishment - Gathering and implementing rules, principles, and recommendations that every solution should follow as an extension of the internal codex. 
• AI Hub Setup - Regularly assessing solution risks, legislative elements, supporting the acceptance process, and giving the green light for solution implementation. 
• Prototyping Support - Creating tools and supporting processes to facilitate the testing of agreed prototypes. 
• Solution Library Management - Documenting existing solutions and designing patterns for creating new ones. 
• Delivery Team Support - Providing necessary support to the delivery teams in AI SOE. 
• Monitoring and Reporting - Oversee the progress of each stream, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to senior management. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to align product vision, strategy, and ensure the development off delivers value to customers and the business.
   

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in product management. 
• Familiarity with Agile framework and an understanding of project management principles. 
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with the skill to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Demonstrable knowledge in AI and related technologies. 
• Experience with software development projects and ability to lead a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
