Group Finance & HR Solutions (FHS) as a division takes care of the digitalization of the business processes in the areas of accounting, procurement, financial consolidation, taxes, people & culture, and statutory reporting.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial expectation for the whole division from the actual numbers through the forecast & budget to the demand collection for the next years. Plus we see this role also as an internal audit for optimization of financial processes.

What to do:

• ​​​​​​​Together with your colleagues from the management team, you will drive the adaptation, harmonization, and simplification of processes within our organization.

• You will manage the full portfolio from financial perspective (including controlling topics) for 5 different departments as a common service.

• You align closely with your peers in the management to ensure a synergy cross-department for the division FHS and push our transformation forward by steering our agile agenda.

You check these boxes:

• ​​​​​​​Proven track record within the financial sector and/or IT environment; experience in an international corporation is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in leading and motivating people and you create the ideal conditions for the team to reach its full potential; you are energetic, engaging, and visionary and want to become part of an exciting, vibrant community of IT professionals supporting Erste Digital’s mission.

• Familiarity with planning, budgeting, project-, contract- and vendor management in a big group.

• Open to travel to Vienna regularly to join the leadership topics onsite and team days. (~ 20%) (Our office is next to the main station)

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation skills to establish trusted relationships with your business and main stakeholders while being fluent in English. German and any additional CEE language is a plus.

• You are interested in technical implementation of IT Projects and how the banking applications are running smoothly.

• You are experienced in different ways of working, like agile models and predictive project management and you know how to manage complex inter-dependencies.

• You are an analytical thinker with the ability to balance long-term, big-picture and short-term implications of individual decision.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2 000 gross per month for this full time position.
