The Erste Digital Legal Team deals with all legal matters of the corporation with a strong focus on IT, Cloud, Outsourcing and Data Protection. As the importance of digitalization is growing rapidly, so is the demand of legal expertise in our industry.

What to do:

• ​​​​​​Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT contracts to enable us to deliver cutting-edge IT services to our clients
• Actively consulting and supporting IT and business teams in ongoing projects, contributing your legal expertise to ensure success
• Researching and staying ahead of legal developments in ever-evolving areas of law and analyzing their potential impact on our legal and contractual frameworks
• Providing clear and actionable legal advice, drafting memos, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
• Documenting outcomes and managing administrative tasks arising from your legal work with precision and efficiency

• Holds a law degree from a Slovakian or an Austrian university and has several years of professional experience in an international environment or a law firm
• Has a strong passion for the intersection of law and technology and is driven to find creative solutions for complex legal challenges
• Is eager to continuously learn and grow, keeping pace with the latest developments in emerging and increasingly vital legal areas within our industry
• Thrives in a collaborative, motivated, and international team of legal professionals
• Possesses sharp analytical and communication skills as well as an excellent command of English, written and spoken (German language knowledge is a big plus, but not a must)
• Demonstrates a proactive, structured, diligent, and self-organized approach to work
• Can translate complex legal requirements into clear, actionable guidance for a variety of stakeholders
• Brings strong interpersonal and teamwork skills while embracing challenges with a solution-oriented mindset
• Is flexible, focused, and adaptable, managing multiple legal tasks and changing priorities with confidence and precision

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2 800 gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
