We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Provider Manager (all humans) with experience in IT Workplace operations to join our team of IT experts. In this role, you will be responsible for efficient and solution-oriented cooperation with our Microsoft contact points at all levels and contribute to their ongoing improvement and optimization. In cooperation with our customers, you will support them with questions and solutions regarding the operation of their applications and security-related aspects to ensure that the IT workplace environments of our 22,000 bank users are operated securely and efficiently.
What to do:
- Key interface of our division with Microsoft and other partners to ensure efficient collaboration; consolidating our positioning as an enterprise customer
- Working closely with our architects and IT experts to ensure a quick resolution of all incidents, as well as providing information on current and future developments
- Planning future adaptations and advancements based on the Microsoft roadmap together with architects and experts in our area and our providers
- Ensuring customer communication and support throughout Austria with regard to their local installations and software solutions
- Cooperation with our security team to ensure security and compliance standards of our customers' solutions as well as supporting them in their projects and developments
- Participation in the final operational responsibility of customer solutions in line with our central solutions
You check these boxes:
- Track record in working with and building a successful partnership between Microsoft and Enterprise Customers
- Successful support in project implementations and solution modernizations of workplace environments larger than 2,000 devices (Windows)
- Experience in managing external service providers
- Knowledge of convergence and operation of mixed Cloud and on-premise solutions
- Ideally experience in the architecture of decentralized Microsoft Workplace environments, digital workplace and telephony management solutions
- Preferably knowledge in the areas of SW deployment, SW management, security management, endpoint security and compliance
- Fluent in German and English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work on site in Vienna on a long-term basis 2 days per week

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2,800,-- gross per month for this full time position.
