What to do:

• Set up and manage smaller and medium sized projects and agile deliveries, identify key stakeholders and clarify roles and responsibilities
• Support a Business/Product owner to come up with a scope and define timing and prioritization of goals
• Manage key stakeholders, including B-1 senior management
• Deliver planned results in quality, on time and within the budget constraints
• Set up an overall project planning & controlling, with focus on managing a critical path
• Manage project risks and issues and plan resources for work packages
• Act as a servant leader and a trusted advisor for managers and team members  in concerned business and IT areas
• Manage IT solution providers (both internally and externally) to deliver specified results

You check these boxes:

• Advanced project management skills and minimum 3 years' experience managing end-to-end projects in predictive mode and agile initiatives in banking, IT, Telco or insurance industry
• University degree in economics, computer science or related technical discipline
• Project management certification; scrum master or product owner certification is an advantage 
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with a high customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Ability to handle and prioritize parallel tasks, respond to ad hoc requirements, and resolve conflicts without unnecessary escalation
• Process and solution orientation as well as strong presentation and communication skills
• General understanding of main banking business related regulatory requirements
• fluency in English (verbal and written communication), additional knowledge of German and a Central European language is an advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.800,00 gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
