What to do:
- Act as a second-level support for external as well as for internal customer requests in the area of digital banking.
- Maintain and build upon knowledge base.
- Cooperate with business analysts and developers to clarify and review application requirements.
- Analyzing reported application defects and issues and forwarding findings to responsible teams.
- Provide 1st level support within the Incident Management Process.
- Define and live clear processes and encourage others to do so.

Have natural authority, excellent communication skills along with strong organizational abilities

Bring in common sense and a quick perception and understanding of customer needs in regards of internet banking

You have at least 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:

Service Center / Helpdesk experience working with customers preferably in the banking area.

Software testing experience in the banking area

Analytical skills to identify challenges and bugs in application

Being able to work independently and prioritize tasks based on Service Level Agreements

Being passionate about new technologies
Preferred qualifications :
- Experience with ITIL framework and ITSM; Foundations v4 preferred

Experience with Incident and Problem Management

Understanding of networking, cloud, etc., in an IT infrastructure environment

Experience in software life cycle and the testing of software

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2400,- gross per month for this full time position. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
