What to do:

• Technical assistance in person, via phone, based on incoming tickets

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

• Provide user with solutions to their issues

• Redirect problems to correct responsible person

• Escalate issue requiring urgent resolution

• Communicate with customers and support teams

• User access management tasks

• Security checks for potential malicious activity

You check these boxes:

• University education (Bachelor's degree - Educational Specialization : IT related, technical – is a plus)

• The position is suitable for a fresh graduate

• Organized team player with positive attitude and intention to learn new things

• Fluent English, German is an advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 1400,- gross per month for this full time position.
