What to do:

• Responsibility for solution management and operations incidents.
• Analyzing customer requirements and designing fitting solutions.
• Collaborating with Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects.
• Proposing new ideas to improve the current process and application landscape.
• Contributing to the maintenance and enhancement of Pega-Workflows and customer solutions throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Experience with solution management and operations.
• Proficiency with Pega or willingness to acquire necessary skills.
• Ability to refine business and technical requirements and act as a bridge between technology and business value.
• Experience working in a product-driven environment with multicultural teams.
• Passion for business processes and continuous learning.
• Familiarity with methods related to processes and requirements.
• Strong communication, stress-resilience, and respectful attitude towards others.
• Experience in Quality Assurance and familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Service Now.
• Good command of both English, German is an advantage.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2800,-- gross per month for this full time position.
