We are looking for a student to join our Release Manager team which is providing professional requirement and release management services to our projects or solutions. The team's main responsibility is the success of Business Intelligence/BI chain for related projects/solutions by ensuring proper release planning, requirement scoping and release monitoring.

What to do:

• ​​​​​​​Preparation of various list, JIRA dashboards and filters to support requirements impact analyze, scoping or Go/No Go decision activities.
• Creation of requirements and its relevant tasks in JIRA and monitor their up to date status.
• Creation of change request and monitor their up to date status in JIRA.
• Monitor impact analyze activities with various solution managers and follow up on its completion.
• Preparation of Go decision, follow up with respective solutions or test managers on its completion.
• Facilitation of story board preparation for deployment to production.
• Meeting planning and organizing.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (JIRA knowledge is advantage).
