Join our Digital Workplace Department, where we create and provide automated service request management processes, essentially a Webshop for Employees. You will have the opportunity to learn Service-Now, a leading-edge enterprise ecosystem, gain insights into the operations of an enterprise and enjoy a friendly and supportive working atmosphere with kind colleagues.

What to do:

  • ​​​Provide 2nd and 3rd Level Support
  • Evaluate and resolve stuck workflows
  • Analyze daily operational problems
  • Prepare reports using the Service Now core system

You check these boxes:

  • ​​​​​Enrolled student at university 
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus 
  • Team Spirit: The most important quality. We need someone who gets along well with the team.
  • Communication Skills: It's beneficial if you can communicate effectively with team members and others outside the team.
  • Technical Understanding: While prior experience with Service-Now is not required, a general technical understanding is advantageous. You can learn Service-Now quickly, just like many of us did.
  • Analytical Skills: You'll occasionally need to make evaluations in Service-Now, so analytical skills are a plus.
  • Excel Proficiency: You don't need to be an Excel expert, but you should be comfortable working with tables, formatting, etc.
  • Data Processing: Combining technical understanding, analytical skills, and Excel proficiency to process Service-Now data is definitely an advantage.
  • Experience with Documentation Tools: Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps is beneficial, as we work with JIRA.
