Student Part-time Solution Specialist (all humans)

What to do:

• Support teams and management with administrative and operational tasks.

• Assist in incident tracking and continuous service improvement initiatives.

• Create monitoring dashboards

• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive operational tasks.

• Experiment with prompt engineering and AI-powered knowledge management.

• Develop small automation scripts in Python, Shell, Java, or similar languages.

• Automate reporting, data collection, and repetitive workflows.

• Work with APIs to retrieve and process operational data.

• Maintain version-controlled scripts using Git.

Required

• Status of University student in Slovakia, availability to work 20 hours per week.

• Fluent English (German is an advantage but not mandatory).

• Understanding of IT Service Management concepts (ITIL is an advantage).

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams).

Technical Skills

• Basic programming knowledge (Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell, or similar).

• REST API integration.

• Basic SQL knowledge

• Experience with Jira and Confluence

• Experience with Git or other version control systems is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

• Docker or container basics.

• CI/CD concepts.

• Robotic Process Automation (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.).

• Understanding of basic bank processes.
