Technical Analyst for IT Solution Design (all humans)

Erste Digital Department RLD is responsible for IT solutions covering customer ratings and loan decisions for the entire Erste Group. The department fuels different Product Teams and supports the whole product lifecycle from requirement analysis and technical analysis / design to factory & customer testing and handles as well operational tasks related to the IT solutions in its area of competence. Some of our products are inhouse developed, for others we cooperate with a vendor.

To be prepared for the upcoming projects, RLD is looking for a Technical Analyst to strengthen our product team supporting Green Asset Screening, which is used to implement the EU taxonomy throughout Erste subsidiaries in all countries.

What to do:

• ​​​​​​​collect change requests regarding Green Asset Screening from various stakeholders in all Erste countries, challenge them and understand the business need

• implement DMN tables (decision model & notation) that steer the logic of the user interface

• develop comprehensive, detailed software requirement specifications and be the sparring partner for our Java developers

• maintain the automated testing tool set

• cover operational tasks, analyze functional defects in production and find solutions

• cover tasks related to maintenance / container platform

You check these boxes:

• ​​​​​​​use design notifications like UML and have a structured approach to analysis and documentation

• have practical have practical experience with REST, JSON, Kafka Messaging, Python development, Postman and/or JMeter (automation testing); experience with DMN of high advantage

• ideally understand technical requirements for container platform and cloud hosting

• communicative team-player with good time management skills and an independent working style

• like to work in a complex, multicultural, international environment as part of a product team with agile working methods

• fluent in English for both verbal and written communication; German or CEE language skills are considered beneficial

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.500,- gross per month for this full time position.
