What to do:
- Customization and Configuration - Design and implement customizations and configurations to meet business needs.
- Cloud Environment Management - Oversee deployment, monitoring, and management of Dynamics CRM in our Microsoft Azure cloud environment.
- Data Migration and Integration - Data migration from legacy systems and develop integrations with other internal and third-party systems.
- Troubleshooting and Support - Provide Level 2/3 support, resolve complex technical issues, and address performance and security concerns in the cloud.
- Collaboration - Work closely with the MS Dynamics CRM Solution Manager, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- System Upgrades and Maintenance - Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure security and compliance.
- Documentation - Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and system configurations.

Technical Skills
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Expertise in CRM modules like Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service. Dynamics 365 Suite - Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Cloud Expertise - Strong experience with Microsoft Azure for CRM deployment and management.
- Programming Languages - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
- Data Management - Skilled in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and data migration tools.
- Integration Tools - Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, MuleSoft, and RESTful APIs.
- Security and Compliance - Understanding of cloud security and compliance standards like GDPR.
- DevOps and CI/CD - Knowledge of DevOps practices, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD workflows.
Preferred Certifications (any of these is a PLUS):
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Administrator
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Business Applications
