Therefore, we seek an experienced Agile Coach to help us reach these goals. 

Máte chuť:

• Transform our world by applying principles from frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS in the context of our teams and organization. 
• Improve productivity using a physical whiteboard, Miro, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams. Jira is a mandatory tool for tracking. 
• Leverage your experience with SRE, DevOps, and CI/CD practices to increase software development efficiency and technical excellence. 
• Design and utilize metrics and reports for effective management, progress tracking, problem identification, and process optimization. 
• Lead and facilitate learning in various meetings and workshops, including retrospectives, sprint planning, backlog refinements, and daily Scrums, even within a scaled environment. 
• Actively work with your partners in leadership to close feedback loops and use them to improve our processes continuously. 
• Working with hundreds of people in Engineering and platforms Tribe.
