As an Area Lead, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the AI profession, focusing equally on professional development and project delivery. You'll collaborate with action teams and the idea evaluation team to ensure AI is effectively integrated across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the growth of AI professionals by setting clear development paths and providing necessary training and mentorship.
  • Establish standards and enhance the knowledge base to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Foster collaboration within the bank and with external partners, acting as the main contact for AI initiatives.
  • Define recruitment standards and work closely with teams to select high-quality candidates. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI leadership and development, with a strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance development and delivery.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies.
  • English proficiency at B2-C1 level.
