Organizes, manages and is responsible for all activities of the property management section in accordance with applicable regulations and management decisions to achieve specific and clearly defined objectives.

• Co-Initiating and monitoring the implementation of organizational changes in property management/ real estate and setting optimal solutions based on real estate market knowledge and information provided by third parties. 

• Planning, approving, monitors, controls, and reports the allocated budget in accordance with applicable industry regulations. 

• Implementing corporate governance principles, aligning financial processes in real estate and locations where the bank operates. 

• Coordinating projects impacting real estate management activities and ensuring coordination of process implementation of concepts defined in group-level initiated projects. 

• Proposing improvements to operational flow, its optimization, and ensuring a dual control system for real estate processes impacting the financial area. 

• Assigning tasks and monitoring fulfillment in terms of deadlines and quality 

• Managing subordinate employees, assigning goals, regularly evaluates performance and resolves any issues within the team. 

• Disposing of HQ and back-office operational experience

• Master's degree  

• previous experience in a similar position or field is required (5 years or more) 

• Management experience of larger teams 

• Enganged personality with open mind 

• Analytical mindset, data management, innovative problem-solving 

• strong communication skills, including influencing and negotiating skills

• internal Communication with Retail, Controlling, Accounting, Law, Procurement...
