What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with developers throughout the entire user story lifecycle, ensuring a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, production-ready software at the end of every Sprint.
• Design and maintain comprehensive test cases with a strong focus on quality, reliability, security, and user experience.
• Execute and enhance automated mobile test suites using modern open-source testing tools.
• Contribute to the overall quality of the product by writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Work in a cross-functional Agile team alongside developers, business analysts, product owners, and UX designers.
• Help ensure the quality of a mobile banking platform used daily by corporate and business clients to manage payments, accounts, approvals, and financial operations.

You'll fit right in if you have:

• 4+ years of experience in software development and QA.
• Strong knowledge of QA practices and test automation.
• Experience with Java or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Appium or similar mobile testing tools.
• A quality-first mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• A passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• A proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
