We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our global Marketing Automation Competence Hub (C-HUB). You will play a key role in building, customizing, and optimizing advanced marketing solutions for the banking industry within Erste Group. Working closely with architects, analysts, and marketers, you will contribute to the implementation of a global, reusable solution that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives measurable business impact. You will be part of a passionate team using modern technology to turn business needs into scalable and automated marketing experiences across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement solutions within Salesforce MCE that align with defined architectural and business requirements.
• Write high-quality code using AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Build and optimize customer journeys, email templates, landing pages, and automations within SFMCE.
• Ensure quality through testing, documentation, and peer reviews.
• Support data integration, audience segmentation, and dynamic content strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth operation of campaigns and platform components.
• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce features and marketing technology trends.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with all core components of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Enagegement (specifically, Automation Studio, Journey Builder).
• Exeprience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) or other RTIM tools is highly benefitial.
• Strong skills in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Good understanding of data modeling.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connect and integration with Salesforce CRM.
• Experince in development of cross-cloud journeys/solutions.
• Basic understanding of security, privacy, and compliance in a regulated environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent team player with clear communication skills.
• Experience working in multi-country or global teams is a plus.
• Certifications are a plus, but real-world experience and a learning mindset matter more.
• English language proficiency, Czech or German language is an advantage.
