We are seeking a skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer with a strong Node.js for backend development, to work on the development and scaling of our backend systems that integrate advanced AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in building scalable applications, working with modern technology stacks, and deploying AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall understanding of different LLM models, especially OpenAI models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (especially developers) to integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Participate in technical projects and initiatives related to LLMs, including system optimization and scalability improvements.
• Integrate LangChain technology to streamline interactions between language models and structured data.
• Design and develop high-performance backend services using Node.js, Express, and other relevant frameworks to handle complex business logic and data processing.
• Implement and manage APIs for internal and external use, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
• Utilize databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis efficiently, ensuring data integrity and speed.
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Azure using container technologies like Podman and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Extensive experience with programming and data analysis tools (including Node.js experience).
• Demonstrated expertise in the large language models and agentic platforms.
• Experience in programming and AI modelling, and familiarity with AI frameworks.
• Understanding of technical infrastructure in large corporations, especially MS AZURE environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a portfolio of deploying effective AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Proven track record of developing scalable and efficient backend systems using modern Javascript / typescript frameworks and tools.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Proficient in using version control systems, preferably Git, and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Fluency in Czech, both written and spoken, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud technologies and modern practices to deploy and scale AI models.
• Experience with NLP tools, libraries and applications of LangChain in a production environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing RAG/CAG systems, particularly for complex data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with complex integrations of solutions into different platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
