We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Portfolio Controller to join our real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the real estate properties through the integrated asset management system (iREMS), with a focus on portfolio-level reporting, budgeting and data consistency. You will work closely with asset managers, property managers, the transactions team and internal finance controlling to ensure accuracy, transparency and alignment across all portfolio data and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate monthly property management reports and oversee the annual business planning process.
- Consolidate property data into portfolio-level performance reports for Supervisory Board.
- Ensure timely and accurate quarterly/semi-annual reporting to regulatory bodies (CNB – DOFOS 40; annual audit report – Index of Properties).
- Operational responsibility for correctness of reported data/information.
- Bad debts management - comparing legal reports vs. accounting data and identifying receivables for potential write-offs.
- Implementation of iREMS software for newly acquired properties (onboarding) and continuously optimize its use for existing assets (converting XLS-based reporting to online dashboards).
- Coordinate with in-house asset managers and external service providers to ensure data quality and timely reporting.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, asset management, audit or real estate finance - ideally within an international firm active on the Czech property market.
- Practical experience with iREMS and/or other real estate ERP systems (YARDI, MRI etc.).
- Awareness of property/asset management and financial reporting principles.
- Strong communication and co-ordination skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English – both written and verbal.
- Pro-active mindset with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Professional manner executing the business.
- Advanced Excel skills; highly proficient in the full Microsoft Office suite.
