We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture leader who will be responsible for:

Developing the P&C strategy that supports the bank's business objectives, bank’s operating model and agile transformation initiatives.

Leading and supervising all P&C processes, initiating projects in various P&C areas in collaboration with domain/CoE leaders, and implementing innovative P&C processes and tools that support an agile way of working, improve employee performance, and enhance the efficiency of all P&C processes within the bank.

Working closely with the Board of Directors, Senior Leaders, and ERSTE Group on P&C initiatives, and implementing changes to unify and streamline P&C processes across the ČS Financial Group and ERSTE Group.

Shaping a culture of agility, inclusivity, diversity and continuous improvement.

Promoting a mindset of flexibility, change management, and innovation within the organization.

Developing a team spirit and fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration.

Supporting the development of a strengths-based organization.

Several years of experience in a senior leadership position in a corporate environment.

Experience in strategic and agile team leadership.

The drive and vision to implement complex changes and lead the new P&C strategy within the bank.

A proven track record of managing projects with significant impact and change management.

The ability to align business priorities with the P&C strategy and implement them across the ČS Financial Group.

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to promote collaboration across teams, roles, and positions (one-team attitude).

Proficiency in Czech and English.
