Tribe lead People and Culture

We are seeking a dynamic People & Culture leader who will be responsible for:​

​

• Developing the P&C strategy that supports the bank's business objectives, bank’s operating model  and agile transformation initiatives.​

• Leading and supervising all P&C processes, initiating projects in various P&C areas in collaboration with domain/CoE leaders, and implementing innovative P&C processes and tools that support an agile way of working, improve employee performance, and enhance the efficiency of all P&C processes within the bank.​

• Working closely with the Board of Directors, Senior Leaders, and ERSTE Group on P&C initiatives, and implementing changes to unify and streamline P&C processes across the ČS Financial Group and ERSTE Group.​

• Shaping a culture of agility, inclusivity, diversity and continuous improvement.​

• Promoting a mindset of flexibility, change management, and innovation within the organization.​

• Developing a team spirit and fostering a culture of cross-functional collaboration.​

• Supporting the development of a strengths-based organization.​

• The ability to align business priorities with the P&C strategy and implement them across the ČS Financial Group.​

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to promote collaboration across teams, roles, and positions (one-team attitude).​

• Proficiency in Czech and English.​
