Senior ServiceNow Technical Specialist (all humans)

We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow expert with strong capabilities in integration architecture, platform engineering, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a solid understanding of enterprise environments and governance requirements.

What to do:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust ServiceNow integrations and architecture standards, leveraging REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, OAuth/SSO, and LDAP

• Develop scalable platform solutions using IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications, and App Engine Studio, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture

   

   

• Manage platform lifecycle activities including upgrade, cloning, and release strategies to guarantee stable and compliant operations

• Implement and enforce security controls (ACLs) and ensure adherence to audit, risk, and compliance requirements

• Continuously optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability, collaborating with architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

You check these boxes:

• 5–10+ years of ServiceNow experience in enterprise environments, with strong expertise in integration technologies and platform architecture design

• Advanced JavaScript skills combined with hands-on experience in IntegrationHub, Scoped Applications, ACLs, and App Engine Studio

• Solid understanding of security, compliance, audit requirements, and platform performance optimization and scalability best practices

• Familiarity with AI-driven automation, intelligent agents, and modern integration patterns (e.g., MCP / agent-based architectures)

• Relevant certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS–IntegrationHub, with experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking, insurance, or public sector) considered a strong advantage

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 3.000- gross per month for this full time position.
