You'll partner with leaders and teams across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor subject matter expert to advance our digitalization initiatives in the area of credit risk and lending processes.
We are searching for a forward-thinking Digital Lending Strategist (all genders), who can develop and execute strategic roadmaps to ensure our organization stays ahead in the digital landscape. Your Tasks

• Identify and explore emerging technologies with potential to innovate and enhance our digital landscape
• Keep up with the latest developments in the world of artificial intelligence to identify and leverage its potential in credit risk management
• In collaboration with internal stakeholders, identify the business needs which can be addressed with new technology and challenge the status quo
• Develop and execute a digitalization strategy for our lending processes
• Lead projects and initiatives to drive the adoption of new methods, tools and processes
   

Required Competencies

• Ability to think strategically, understand our goals and market dynamics and translate them into actionable digital strategies and initiatives
• Track record and strong interest in the fields of technology, digitalization and artificial intelligence
• Understanding of credit risk management in banking
• Creative mindset to generate new ideas that drive digital transformation and business growth
• Understanding of product development processes, including idea generation, concept validation, prototyping and launching

• The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.567,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
