The Executive Assistant acts as a trusted partner to the Head of Group Performance Management within CFO area. In this highly visible role, you ensure excellent execution, reliability, and seamless coordination across senior stakeholders, enabling the division to always operate effectively and professionally.

You stay one step ahead—anticipating needs, managing complexity, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly, even under time pressure.
Your Tasks
- Proactively manage the calendar, inbox, and travel arrangements of the Division Head with a strong focus on prioritization and efficiency
- Coordinate, prepare and consolidate high-quality presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, workshops and offsites, including logistics, agenda alignment and follow-ups
- Act as a central coordination point across senior management and key stakeholders
- Draft professional communication (emails, presentations, documents) with high attention to detail
- Manage and monitor budgets, including invoice handling and administrative tracking
- Serve as a reliable contact for the division, supporting employees in organizational matters (on-boarding/off-boarding, IT coordination, time management processes, etc.)
Your Background
- Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or in a comparable role
- Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a structured and reliable working style
- Outstanding communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong execution capability
- A positive, confident and professional presence, building trusted relationships at all

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 51.336,04 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
