We are looking for a HR Tech & People Experience Expert (all genders) with a strong IT background and passion for HR. Together we will maximize the potential value of our SAP SuccessFactors solution, rethink existing HR processes and analyze the latest technological developments and trends that could benefit us. 

What to do:

• Become our data management expert in various systems, mainly SF and others, understanding our complex structure, governance and needs
• Develop technology system specific roadmaps for improvements and support us in taking the next steps towards Analytics and employee experience
• Create and maintain HR Experience Journeys focused on key moments in collaboration with HR functional leaders (Talent Management, Succession, Learning, Data Dashboards, etc.) and other stakeholders
• Improve our existing SAP SuccessFactors environment together with the team of experts
• ​​​​​​Contribute to the HR technology strategy and support the prioritization of technology and process improvements

You check these boxes:

• Degree in Computer Science, Informations Systems, HR or related field
• Strong technical expertise in HR technology and experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Keen focus on the latest HR technologies and tools to continuously improve the user experience
• Ideally project management experience as well as proven track record of implementing new technology into existing legacy systems

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 49.458,64,- gross per year.
