Treasury Services unit is part of the area Banking Services within Erste Group Bank AG. In this unit, we process trades and transactions which are done by all kinds of front office units. We guarantee the timely and correct representation of these transactions in our back office systems, take care of correct payments, do confirmation checks, reconciliation and investigation activities. We are also responsible in this unit for the correct disposition of Erste Bank's Nostro accounts and foreign currency disposition.

In our new role as “Servicing & Solutions”, we initiate and manage process optimization and take care of service level reporting, KPI management and backlog management.

Your Tasks

• You have a general interest in Capital Markets Products such as Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Derivatives
• You will actively support the Cash Management & Clearing team
• You analyze the daily workflows and help to make them more efficient. In doing so, you contribute to improving business processes by providing suggestions for optimization

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics
• You like working in teams and are open to new technologies
• Strong IT and business analytical affinity, SQL knowledge is an advantage but not a must
• You are fluent in English and German
