In our Digital HR team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to drive the adoption of emerging technologies. Your expertise and willingness to learn will empower us to create a seamless employee journey, optimize data-driven decision-making, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Your Tasks

• Create and design PowerPoint presentations based on clear briefings and existing templates
• Structure content, text, and data for different target audiences
• Visualize complex information
• Collaborate closely with the project team to align on content and layouts
• Support our IT topics regarding administrative tasks, scheduling of meetings and data management

Your Background

• Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a technical or business economic focus 
• Excellent PowerPoint skills and a strong sense for design, structure, and visual clarity together with experience working with data and visualizing it (e.g., from Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools)
• Careful and precise working style, especially when handling and presenting numbers, tables, and charts
• Quick comprehension and the ability to logically structure and clearly present even complex content as well as independence, reliability, and team spirit – you work autonomously but in close coordination with the teams
• Business fluency in English
