Non-Bank Financial Institutions is responsible for servicing institutional clients such as insurance companies, asset managers, brokers and pension funds for all banking services. The client services provided address financing, treasury solutions, brokerage, custody and depository services.

Your Tasks

• Processing of customer complaints (standing orders, appointment notices) and securities transactions 
• Supporting the onboarding process for brokers, asset management and insurance companies in collaboration with the KYC team
• Supporting the relationship managers in individual customer requests and reports
• Getting to know the working methods of an international bank and getting proficient in the product range in the Group Markets area

Your Background

• Ongoing studies at University/University of Applied Sciences in the field of business administration or similar
• High level of commitment and flexibility regarding the variety of tasks 
• Convincing personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills in German and English
