Our team services solutions that provide daily price information to our Market Risk department and the data necessary to create key information documents on financial instruments for mid-office.

What to do:

• Engage actively as a member of our operations team.
• Coordinate IT organization and administration tasks.
• Provide 3rd level support for technical issues.
• Maintain direct communication with stakeholders from the Market Risk, Mid-Office, and Product teams.
• Support requirements, incident, and change management processes following ITIL guidelines.
• Coordinate internal and external suppliers.
• Be responsible for automation and monitoring tasks.
• Prepare necessary documentation and reports.

You check these boxes:

• Enrolled student with on-going program at Uni/FH
• Completion of technical school, HTL, or a similar educational path is preferred.
• Experience in operations and application management is advantageous.
• Previous know-how in operating various IT systems.
• Familiarity with Linux, Oracle, UC4/Automic, and Shell Scripting
• Prior knowledge of the banking environment or financial services industry and their financial instruments is beneficial and supports your communication with our stakeholders.
• You have a very good command of English (German language is a strong advantage)
• You have a self-reliant, responsible and solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine interest in continuous learning.

• We offer you a varied part-time internship position (25-30h/week) for 12 months. An internship salary of EUR 3.077,-- gross per month (on a full-time basis) is offered.
