Department Description
Group and AT Data and AI Governance team, is a department located within the Group & AT Data Management area at Erste Group.
The Data and Reporting Governance Team ensures consistent, transparent, and compliant management of the bank’s data and reporting. The team defines governance frameworks, standards, and controls and supports regulatory compliance, including BCBS 239. By partnering across business and technology functions, it drives continuous improvement and helps leverage data as a strategic asset.
Your Tasks:
- Support Data and Reporting Governance and BCBS 239 initiatives and activities.
- Prepare presentations, reports, management summaries, and governance documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication.
- Assist in analyzing governance topics, regulatory requirements, and decision materials.
- Contribute to process improvements and support ad hoc projects across functions.
Your Background:
- Ongoing studies in business, finance, data, technology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in data governance, regulation, technology, and banking.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and communicate complex topics clearly.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, reliable team player with curiosity for digital innovation, data analytics, and AI.

Our Offer:
