Your role:
As our Office Manager (m/f/d), you keep the engine running - especially when it comes to finance and daily operations.
You support our finance and admin processes hands-on, make sure things are organized, and help the team stay on top of everything. You don’t need to know everything from day one - but you’re curious, reliable, and ready to learn fast.
What to do:
- Handle invoice workflows and support accounts payable processes
- Help track costs and keep an eye on budgets (plan vs. actuals)
- Prepare and maintain basic financial data and reports
- Support cash-flow tracking and financial overviews
- Work with tools like SAP and internal systems (we’ll show you!)
- Coordinate with finance, controlling, and external partners
- Support HR admin tasks (contracts, onboarding coordination, employee data)
- Organize meetings, and day-to-day office topics
- Keep things structured, organized, and running smoothly
You check these boxes:
- Fluency in English and German (C1 level)
- Interest in finance, numbers, and structured work
- First experience in office management, finance, or admin is a plus
- A hands-on mindset - you like to get things done
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliability and a structured way of working
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes
- Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, friendliness, and a great sense of humour
