Provides high quality personal and content support to the respective Executive Director Corporates. Assists in co-ordination with other Board areas via the Group Board Support team.
Your Tasks
- Independent support to the Executive Director Corporates in various administrative and organizational tasks, e.g. calendar and business travel management, correspondence and meeting coordination
- Prepare briefings for upcoming meetings, including gathering additional information & background, making sense of complex documents and understanding of other stakeholders
- Prepare speeches and professional presentations, reports or decision papers and acquire needed information
- Anticipate major events and ensure preparation activities are undertaken by those responsible to the satisfaction of the Executive Director Corporates (e.g. presentations to the Board, the Supervisory Board, etc.)
- Manage various multifunctional interactions and activities, internally and externally. Act as first contact person for the Executive Director Corporates
- Business oriented approach: Your contribution and strong commitment to the results of the Group
Your Background
- Several years of experience in an executive assistance, administration or comparable role, preferably within a financial institution
- Proven experience to operate successfully in large, complex and global organizations
- Effective communication skills, maintaining positive and trustworthy relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical skills for understanding new topics and preparing briefings
- Exhibit a well-structured, independent and proactive way of working, including a very solution- and service-orientated focus as well as resourcefulness and flexibility
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills in German and English, strong decision-making abilities, attention to detail, reliability and a high level of discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent in German and English

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 49.772,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
