The Personal Assistant acts as a trusted partner to the Head of Group Credit Risk Management within CRO area. Additionally, the Personal Assistant actively supports the activities of the Division in the organization and management of credit applications presented to the Group Credit Committees. In this highly visible role, you ensure excellent execution, reliability, and seamless coordination across senior stakeholders, enabling the division to always operate effectively and professionally.

Your Tasks

  • Proactively manage the calendar and travel arrangements of the Division Head with a strong focus on prioritization and efficiency
  • Organize meetings, offsites and events, including logistics, agenda alignment and follow-ups
  • Coordinate the Credit Committee process, including collecting and managing submissions, preparing expert opinions and ensuring the complete End to End processing of Credit Applications
  • Support application management activities during peak periods, including coordination of Credit Committee and Risk Committee requests, mailbox management, inquiry handling and preparation of expert opinions
  • Act as a central coordination point across senior management and key stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor budgets, including invoice handling and administrative tracking
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for the division, supporting employees in organizational matters such as onboarding, offboarding, IT coordination and time management processes
  • Maintain and manage the Corporate Real Estate Lead database, ensuring data quality and daily updates
  • Responsible for the IT Coordination of the Head of Division team and supporting the whole division IT coordination tasks

Your Background

  • Experience as Personal Assistant, Office Manager or in a comparable role. Alternatively experience in a Mid-Office Banking position or similar
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
  • Fluent communication skills in German and English (written and verbal)
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong drive for execution and delivering results
  • High resilience and the ability to remain calm, efficient and focused in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, respond quickly to changing requirements and maintain a high level of accuracy under time pressure
  • A positive, confident and professional presence with the ability to build trusted relationships across all organizational levels

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 51.336,04 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
