Group Treasury Services is part of Group Banking Services and is acting as service center for Erste Group Bank AG, Erste Bank der Oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG, all Austrian Savings banks and CEE entities. We take care of their international treasury business (i.e., OTC and Exchange Traded Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Money Market), Regulatory Reporting, Nostro account-Disposition & Liquidity management.
Your Tasks
- Monitoring of Regulatory Reporting Obligations like EMIR, SFTR, MIFIDII/MiFIR and MMSR
- Acting as single point of contact to European Central Bank and National Competent Authorities
- Continuous analysis of data within the various E2E data process flow (Completeness and Correctness)
- Competent acting on exception handling and solving investigation cases with internal and external counterparts and customers
- Optimizing processes in very close cooperation with Front office/Trading, your servicing / solutions colleagues, Erste IT-experts and the respective colleagues within Austrian savings banks and our CEE entities
- Projects/Initiatives in order to comply with regulatory & market changes
- Strong commitment and active participation in permanent cross functional trainings of both Operations and IT skills
Your Background
- You ideally have initial relevant professional experience (1-2 years) and/or knowledge on security and treasury products
- You have just completed your studies or are about to graduate? Then we are also looking forward to your application!
- Well-developed skills of MS Office
- SQL and JAVA skills or other programming languages
- You like to work with data and don’t get stressed out in high pressure times related to urgent regulatory obligations requests
- Flexibility in terms of working time as regulatory obligations are operated between 06:00 a.m. and 07:00 p.m. CET
- Fluent in German and English (negotiation skills), CEE languages are welcome

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 40.685,40 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
