What to do:
You have the expertise to drive software release processes while ensuring smooth production deployments and effective change management. As a Release Manager, you will coordinate and oversee software releases, working closely with operations, development, application support, and infrastructure teams. Your role will involve planning, scheduling, and executing deployments, participating in CAB meetings to assess release scope and risks, and ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders. You will also play a key role in software deployment and Infrastructure activities preparation and synchronisation across multiple teams, including coordinating releases with different countries and partners. Occasionally, you will provide on-call support for releases outside of working hours.

Experience in Release Management, with a strong understanding of Change and Incident Management processes.

Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.

Hands-on experience with software deployment activities in enterprise environments.

Strong ability to synchronise activities between development, support, and infrastructure teams.

Experience coordinating releases across multiple teams and international partners.

Ability to work independently, proactively solve problems, and learn new skills.

Excellent communication skills in English, with a proactive and structured approach to work.

Knowledge of service management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence or similar).

Comfortable working in a highly international environment

A strong team player who ensures releases are delivered efficiently and with minimal risk.
Bonus skills (a plus, but not required):

Experience with GIT, Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern software deployment methodologies.

A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 55.356,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality, we are more than happy to discuss your actual expectations.
