Our Production & Continuity Management department is searching for an experienced Process Expert.

What to do:

  • Continuously identify and support process improvement opportunities, aligned with the latest ITIL frameworks, particularly in the areas of BCM, ITSCM, and Crisis Management

  • Apply a data-driven approach to assess process performance and quality by analyzing KPIs and data integrity, and implement necessary enhancements

  • Collaborate closely with fellow process managers to manage the project and improvement backlog, ensuring effective and sustainable solutions

  • Support regular reviews and updates of policies, procedures, and process documentation

  • Assist in internal and external audits related to process responsibilities

  • Work in close partnership with the Process Team to ensure performance targets are consistently met

  • Maintain and update process documentation independently, while coordinating regularly with colleagues and subject matter experts

  • Independent responsibility for administrative, organizational, and documentation tasks as part of regular and recurring test activities

  • Take ownership of improvement initiatives, from conceptualization to implementation

  • Proactively drive the execution and evolution of process improvements and development measures

  • Support the ongoing development of the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), focusing on data maintenance, automation capabilities, and reporting functionalities

You check these boxes:

  • A completed education (HTL, FH, university and/or experience in the bank IT environment)

  • You bring a high problem-solving ability as well as speak the language of the different internal and external stakeholders

  • You understand the IT landscape and have experience in IT Service Management and frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT

  • You ideally have experience and/or certifications in business continuity, IT service continuity and crisis management

  • Experience with project collaboration or project management is an advantage

  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and way of working

  • You have a high level of self-motivation and can work independently

  • You have excellent communication skills in English (German language is an advantage)

  • You are able to work in a dynamic environment and are flexible and able to adapt to changing business requirements

  • A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 62790,-- gross per year.
