This function is in charge of coordination and reporting of social banking activities across Erste Group.

Your Tasks

  • Managing group-wide business, financial and non-financial reporting of social banking as well as reporting to our external partners; defining group standards and supporting our units with data quality
  • Designing and implementing impact measurement of various social banking programs, coordinating the measurement process across the group and overseeing data analyses, report preparation and communication
  • Conveying desk-top research on various topics connected to social banking, supportive EU programs, guarantees and grants; preparing surveys, their processing and evaluation
  • Organizing exchange meetings, workshops, off-side meetings, events, or conferences
  • Working with multinational & national non-governmental & governmental cooperation partners for social banking activities in the EG core countries, managing joined projects and the relationships

Your Background

  • Completed university studies, preferably in economics or social science
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in reporting or (executive) assistant positions in companies, public institutions, or consultancies 
  • Analytical, structural thinking combined with good organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Proven practice in research, analytics and writing of papers or articles is a plus
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in dealing with different stakeholders, partners in multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent MS office skills, in particular MS Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English, CEE languages and German are of advantage

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 43.554,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
