Erste Group was founded in 1819 as the first Austrian savings bank and is today one of the largest stock-listed banking groups in Central Europe. As an attractive employer, Erste Group offers interesting career opportunities in an international environment.
Join our Rating & Financials team within Credit Risk Portfolio Management at Erste Group. We shape the future of group wide rating processes by combining solid risk fundamentals with automation, digitalization and continuous change initiatives. This role is suited for professionals who actively contribute to transformation, enjoy collaboration across teams and are motivated to improve processes on an ongoing basis.
The Rating & Financials team is responsible for the operational execution and quality assurance of financial statement analyses and corporate rating processes across Erste Group. While Run the Bank (RtB) ensures stable and compliant rating and financial spreading operations, Change the Bank (CtB) is continuously involved in initiatives and projects aimed at improving and transforming processes. Our work includes automation, digitalization and the implementation of new rating models, as well as the ongoing enhancement of tools and workflows used in the lending process. In this context, we translate requirements arising from initiatives into clear priorities and concrete improvements with the focus of using AI technologies, coordinate across functions and contribute to sustainable group wide change. Together, we create a consistent yet evolving rating framework and continuously challenge existing ways of working by trying to simplify and automatize.
