As Strategic HR Business Partner (all genders) for the Holding Divisions, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our company’s culture and future. This role is perfect for a forward-thinking, data-driven and tech-savvy HR professional who thrives in an ever-evolving environment. You will partner with leaders and teams within the Holding area, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive our HR Strategy forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Holding Division leaders to shape and execute a forward-looking workforce strategy aligned with Group priorities
- Act as a strategic advisor in the design and delivery of transformation and change initiatives within the Group
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technology to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table
- Leverage HR data, analytics, and insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous organizational improvement
- Lead the end-to-end talent agenda across the Holding, including strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
- Drive the adoption and effective use of HR technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise and regional teams to continuously evolve HR processes, policies, and programs in line with business needs and Group standards
Required Competencies
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR or business experience
- Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)
- A creative mindset with the ability to act out of your comfort zone

- The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 60.000,00 gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person!
