How you will contribute

• Build and manage a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Develop customized financial solutions and funding structures that support clients’ growth ambitions.
• Lead the assessment and structuring of complex financing transactions, combining financial analysis with sound business judgment.
• Drive portfolio profitability while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and sustainable business development.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to achieving the Bank’s commercial objectives.
• Foster long-term client relationships by delivering value-added solutions and an outstanding customer experience

What will help you be successful

• University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid background in corporate banking
• Hands-on experience in Real Estate financing and related transactions.
• Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and corporate financing solutions.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, key financial indicators, and credit analysis.
• Excellent client relationship management, business development, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• A results-oriented mindset, combined with high levels of energy, enthusiasm, and personal drive.
• Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and expanding business partnerships.
• Strong customer focus, with the ability to respond professionally and effectively to challenges, risks, and business opportunities.
• Demonstrates excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
• Communicates confidently in English, both verbally and in writing
